long belt (yoga strap, bathrobe belt, judo belt)
pillow(s)(small couch cushion)
yoga blocks (optional but really useful)

I'm a certified Flexibility Coach with Yoga Alliance. I've been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and recently found the benefits Gravity Yoga has had in increasing my own flexibility and mobility and I know it can help you too!
I use yoga as a supplement to my other activities- running, strength training, judo, jiu jitsu, snowshoeing, hiking, swimming, kayaking, chasing my dogs, and honestly just bending over to pick stuff up without making crazy noises.
