Join me for 15 minutes a day, every day, for 7 Days OR a 21 Day Challenge!

Together, we’ll open up those hips.

During online classes, we’ll focus on

breathing for relaxation, relaxing into poses and long hold poses. 

​

Online Courses allow me

to open classes to all students, all levels,

and I love it. It’s the next best thing to

being right next to me on the mat.

 While most other yoga classes DEMONSTRATE flexibility, this challenge focuses on doing poses to ADD Flexibility.

 

 You’ll have direct access to me,

modifications for all levels and all body types, and rather than chasing some proverbial “perfect pose” our sole mission is

to create happy hips.

Meet TARA

Tara Audibert is a certified flexibility coach with YOGABODY. She has been practicing yoga for more than 25 years , is an avid runner and also trains in the martial arts of judo and jiu jitsu.

DO IT EVERYDAY?

The 21 Day Challenges are meant to be done as consecutive days to quickly add flexibility and mobility, but if you miss a day it's OK to add it on at the end. The goal of the 21 Day Challenge is that you start to add

15 mins of Flexibility Training to your regular daily routine!

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE
SPECIAL YOGA STUFF?

If you have a soft place like a  blanket or a rug and couch pillows , a belt from a bathrobe or a car strap and books. You will likely need  support to relax into these poses but all props can be found around the home
